Treasury Bonds and Stocks usually are closely linked together. Recently as T-Bonds have been bid up in price due a flight to quality scare, yields have fallen to multi-year lows, to the point of inversion of the 10-year and the 2-year yields. This has spooked stocks into a selloff. Over the past week, bonds yields have started to climb as bonds have sold off, and therefore the market has moved higher. If bonds break support here, the market will have a fighting chance to move higher.
