Today we discuss a trade setup in the Nasdaq (NQ) futures from the futures live trading room this morning. It is what we call a run on the stops and it occurs when there is a break of a resistance level, then the market immediately turns and closes in the opposite direction. Failed breakouts like this often lead to a reversal in price.
