Never Miss an Alert: Whitelist Our Emails

Trading alerts and market updates are time-sensitive. A missed email can mean a missed trade setup. Follow the steps below for your email provider to make sure our messages always land in your inbox — not your spam folder.

Gmail — Desktop

Creating a filter is the most reliable method. We recommend doing both steps.

Step 1: Create a filter

  1. Open Gmail. Click the Settings gear icon (top right) → See all settings
  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  3. Click Create a new filter
  4. In the From field, enter: support@basecamptrading.com
  5. Click Create filter
  6. Check Never send it to Spam → Click Create filter to save
  7. Repeat steps 3–6 for: support@basecamptrader.com

Step 2: Add to contacts

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Hover over the sender's name → click the Add to Contacts icon (person with +)
  3. Repeat for both email addresses

Gmail — Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Gmail mobile doesn't support filter creation. Use a desktop browser to complete the filter steps above for the most reliable setup.

  1. Open the Gmail app → go to your Spam folder
  2. Find an email from us → tap the three dots (top right corner)
  3. Tap Report not spam
  4. To also save as a contact: open the email → tap the sender's name → Add to Contacts

Yahoo Mail

  1. Click the gear icon (top right) → More Settings
  2. Click Filters in the left menu → Add new filters
  3. Name the filter (e.g., Base Camp Trading)
  4. Under From, enter:support@basecamptrading.com
  5. Set the destination folder to Inbox → click Save
  6. Repeat steps 2–5 for: support@basecamptrader.com

If an email is already in Spam: go to Spam folder → right-click the email → select Not Spam

Outlook.com / Hotmail (Web)

  1. Click the Settings gear icon (top right) → View all Outlook settings
  2. Go to Mail → Junk email
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add
  4. Enter: support@basecamptrading.com → press Enter → click Save
  5. Repeat step 4 for: support@basecamptrader.com

Microsoft Outlook — Desktop (Microsoft 365, 2019, 2021)

  1. Open an email from us → right-click it in the message list
  2. Select Junk → Never Block Sender

Or manually:

  1. Click Home → Junk → Junk E-mail Options → Safe Senders tab → Add
  2. Enter: support@basecamptrading.com → click OK → click Apply
  3. Repeat for: support@basecamptrader.com

Apple Mail — Mac

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Hover over the sender's name → click the dropdown arrow
  3. Select Add to Contacts
  4. If the email landed in Junk: open the Junk folder → select the email → click Not Junk in the toolbar

iCloud Mail

  1. Open icloud.com/mail and sign in
  2. Open an email from us
  3. Click the sender's name → select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs
  4. VIP status ensures messages are prioritized and delivered directly to your inbox
  5. Repeat for both email addresses

AOL Mail

  1. Open AOL Mail → find an email from us
  2. Click the sender's name or email address
  3. Select Add to Contacts → add any additional info if you wish
  4. Click Add Contact to finish
  5. Repeat for both email addresses

Apple Mail — iPhone & iPad (iOS)

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Tap the sender's name at the top of the email
  3. Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
  4. Save the contact — iOS Mail will prioritize future emails from saved contacts

Android — Default Mail App (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Tap the sender's profile picture or name
  3. Tap Add to Contacts → save

Mozilla Thunderbird (PC & Mac)

  1. Click Address Book
  2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted
  3. Click New Card
  4. Under the Contact tab, enter: support@basecamptrading.com
  5. Click OK to save
  6. Repeat steps 3–5 for: support@basecamptrader.com

ProtonMail

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Click on the sender's address at the top of the message
  3. Click Add to contacts in the dropdown
  4. Click Save
  5. Repeat for both email addresses
